  • American Society of Testing & Materials (ASTM)-D-635, E-165-75, E-84
  • American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Specification Z124.1
  • Inhalation Toxicity Test - to evaluate inhalation health hazards with combustible products

Design Features...
1-1/4" flanges are fastened direct-to-studwalls with screws. Drywall conceals flanges.

Side panels have three self-aligning, molded-in hooks that interlock with seamless center panel to form moisture-resistant tongue 'n groove seams.

Reverse side of center panel has clips for securing to bathtub. Boards may be adhesive mounted to reverse side of all panels to provide structural anchoring for optional bathtub grab bars.


Easy to Handle Through Narrow Hall/Stairways

Can be Installed By One Person Within Confined Area

  1. Fasten center panel direct-to-studwall and bathtub.
  2. Drill holes in side panel for plumbing fixtures.
  3. Interlock self-aligning sides with center panel, fasten direct-to-studwalls.
  4. Conceal mounting flanges with drywall.

General: Furnish and install as shown on plans, DURAWALL® Bathtub Walls model 660, as manufactured by E.L. Mustee & Sons, Inc. Shall be semi-gloss, three-piece wall. panels are molded fiberglass, using matched metal molds under extreme heat and pressure with uniform thickness of 125 mils and mount direct-to-studwalls. Include center panel with molded-in shelves and two side panels. Self-aligning panels interlock using a tongue 'n grove connection. Shall meet ANSI Specification Z 124.1. Color____(White, Bone). Weight 85 lbs.
